Did I pull off using flash outside?

I was a little nervous on the drive out to the flats that we wouldn't have enough light. Well, we didn't, so we were lucky I brought some of my own light. Syna did an absolutely amazing job.

An old new shot

I shot a reception for another photographer a while back and when I was going through my old pictures I found this. I liked it because this girl had absolutely stunning eyes.
